I'm Yanna Williams aka YannaBeans, a 30 year old wife, mother, visionary, and SHE-EO. Welcome to Spill It, Beans! Spill It, Beans is my story. My truths, my joy, my pains, my happiness! It's all of the things that make me, ME. All of the things I've learned, tried, failed, tried again and continue to press through regardless of circumstances. It is me in RARE form. Completely unfiltered, unscripted, and uncensored. I'm excited for the vulnerability that Spill It, Beans will allow me to show the world. All of the many things that make me human. I hope that my story encourages you to be confident, bold, and excited to live and share yours.

Making HERStory
Yanna is an entrepreneurial powerhouse and beacon of empowerment. Holding a BS from Tuskegee University and an MS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Yanna seamlessly blends her unique science background with her personal values and real-world business acumen to inspire change and action.
As the visionary founder and SHE-EO of three innovative companies, Yanna is at the forefront of social entrepreneurship, offering fresh perspectives on business development, mentorship, and community building. In 2018, she launched Dear Diary, a mentorign organization dedicated to empowering Black girls to write their own narrative for social and economic advancement. Dear Diary currently serves over 300 girls annually. Following this, in 2020, Yanna unveiled Dear Design Collaborative, a boutique consulting and coaching firm that has worked with more than 25 small businesses and nonprofits through expert business development and operations strategies leading to increased scalability and long-term sustainability. Keen to solving real problems and staying ahead of future problems, Yanna's most recent launch of The Group Chat Social Club, a vibrant online community for Black women globally, fostering connections, collaboration, and community committed to ending loneliness in successful Black women.
